Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs.
    Add milk and salad oil. Stir in flour mixture, then corn. Drop by tablespoons into fat heated to 365\u00b0.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
    Makes 5 or 6 servings.
