Macaroni And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
paprika
Preparation

Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
Melt butter in a small saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly, but do not allow to brown.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Add one cupful of the cubed cheese and stir until melted.
Cook macaroni following directions on package and drain.
Butter an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x
1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Place half the macaroni in the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cubed cheese over macaroni.
Place the remaining macaroni next and top with remaining.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 32 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
