Chicken Swiss(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese
2 c. garlic onion croutons
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Place chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Arrange Swiss cheese slices over chicken, overlapping as needed.
In a bowl, mix soup and wine/juice.
Spread on top of cheese.
Crush croutons and sprinkle on top of soup/wine.
Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Do not overburn croutons.
