Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix together yeast, water and sugar. When yeast dissolves, add cooking oil,
    buttermilk and soda.
    Mix well. Add flour.
    Put in a covered bowl.
    Let rise 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
    Stir slightly and dip out on floured board.
    Work with hands to form biscuits. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
