Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (room temperature; hot or mild)
    4 c. Bisquick
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt cheese slightly. Mix in Bisquick with a fork. Add sausage. Form small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
