Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 melted margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Crumble ingredients and sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes uncovered.
    The time depends upon the depth of your dish.
