Weight Watchers Cabbage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. Minute rice or sliced potatoes
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. green onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. ground bouillon or 2 bouillon cubes
pepper to taste
Worcestershire to taste
Preparation

Brown the turkey and green onions.
Put the cabbage and uncooked rice/potatoes in a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add the browned turkey and onions to the pan.
Mix tomato sauce, water, bouillon, pepper and Worcestershire and then pour sauce on top. Cover pan with foil.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
