Crab And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

1 lb. crab (fresh, frozen or canned)
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
4 green onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
3 Tbsp. chopped canned green chillies
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. crushed corn chips
4 c. water
2 c. white wine
1 sliced onion
1/2 sliced carrot
1 stalk celery
8 sprigs parsley
2 tsp. dill
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 crushed peppercorns
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. lemon juice
peel of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Strain through a sieve and throw solids away.
