Zucchini With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
2 to 3 lb. zucchini, chopped, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. finely crushed saltines
4 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet; add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
