Coconut Filling For Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk or coconut milk
    1 stiffly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Mix milk and sugar; let come to a boil, then add grated coconut.
    Let boil.
    Add well beaten egg white; let boil.
    Put between layers and on top of layers.
    Put Seven-Minute Icing on cake.
    Sprinkle small amount of grated coconut on top of cake.
