Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. pepper juice (optional)
1 c. milk
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in flour in a double boiler.
Add rest of ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
