Pampered Beef Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. snipped green onion
    1 c. Burgundy
    1 tsp. salt
    9 (4 oz.) beef fillets (1 inch + thick)
    9 fresh mushroom crowns
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine chopped mushrooms, onion and 1/2 cup of water; simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir Burgundy, salt and dash of pepper. Place in plastic bag.
    Pour in wine sauce.
    Fasten bag securely. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
    Remove fillets, reserving sauce.
    Broil 3 inches from heat for 7 minutes.
    Turn and broil 6 minutes.
    Top with mushroom crowns (X-shape in top) last few minutes of broiling.
    Sprinkle with snipped parsley. Heat sauce and serve.
