Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    frankfurters
Preparation
    Brown in a heavy skillet the bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces. Add and cook until well blended the vinegar, sugar, mustard, flour and salt.
    Add and heat until steaming well.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour the potatoes and onions.
    Add frankfurters 20 minutes before cooking is finished.
