Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 eggs
    1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (Baker's)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Keep cheese at room temperature and beat until soft.
    Add condensed milk to cheese and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and melted chips; beat.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour on crust (make crust with crumbs, butter and sugar; press in a greased 9-inch spring-form pan).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chill.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
