Jamaica Orange Amaretto Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. Mundo tropical almond extract
    1 tsp. Mundo tropical orange extract
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped almonds, toasted
    Mundo tropical Jamaican Orange Duster
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a baking sheet.
    Sift first 3 ingredients into a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center; add the remaining ingredients.
    By hand, work this into the dry mixture until a dough is formed.
    Divide dough in half.
    On the baking sheet, shape each half into a flat strip, 1 inch high and 2 1/2 inches wide.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool slightly, then cut into 1/2-inch diagonal slices.
    Put slices, cut side down, on baking sheet.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes to brown.
    Remove from oven; lightly sprinkle Jamaican Orange Duster over the top.
