Joyce'S Rotel Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    6 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook in medium size saucepan on medium heat the squash, onion, salt, pepper, butter and water until vegetables are tender; drain. Add Ro-Tel and bread crumbs.
    Pour mixture into a quart casserole dish.
    Top with Velveeta slices.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    Serve at once.
