Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 lb. Crisco (2 c.)
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the Crisco and sugar together. Add milk and vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Alternate with flour. Beat well after each addition.
    Pour into a well-greased tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
