Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 can pumpkin (1 pie size or 2 c. fresh cooked and mashed)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift
together\tflour, soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon
and
salt.
The
dry
mixture is added to the other ingredients and beat together for about 4 minutes.\tBake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes one 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake.
