Sour Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar.
    Beat egg yolks and add to cheese and sugar.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into mixture. Grease cups of miniature muffin pans with margarine.
    Place graham cracker crumbs in pan and dump out.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool, then top with mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
