Ingredients

1 can coconut
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Butter unbaked pie shells (2); spread coconut onto crust.
Mix sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla together and pour into shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 until middle is firm.
