Olive Mexican Fiesta - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
chopped or minced onion to taste
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
1 large can black pitted olives
1 c. Velveeta grated cheese
1 bag Fritos corn chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion in a large deep skillet.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili seasoning.
Simmer (uncovered) for 10 minutes.
Stir in beans, corn and olives.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
In a 2-quart casserole layer chips, then meat mixture, making several layers.
Sprinkle cheese on top and arrange chips around the edge.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
