Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. corn chips
Preparation

Saute onion in butter, blend in flour; gradually add tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning.
Mix until smooth, cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in browned meat.
Pour into casserole dish, bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cover with corn chips, cheese and lettuce before serving.
