Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt, pepper and sugar
    1 medium onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets.
    While still warm, slice in a bowl. Mix all other ingredients with rotary mixer.
    Pour over potatoes and let stand for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
