Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can chili beans
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    few grains cayenne pepper
    water
Preparation
    Chop up Italian sausage with fork in frying pan.
    Saute until it turns brown.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute until onion is transparent.
    Drain mixture on paper towels.
    Pat with towels on top to absorb grease.
    Put mixture in soup pan; add rest of ingredients, including spices.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, adding water as needed.
