Quick Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 large egg whites
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, buttermilk, egg whites, egg and oil, beating until well blended. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, coconut and pecans together. Add to first bowl. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Let cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
