German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. diced bacon
    1/2 c. water
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook potato until tender; slice while hot.
    Broil bacon until crisp; pour off fat and add water.
    Thicken with flour and sugar mixed together.
    Add onions, vinegar and seasonings; bring to a boil and mix with hot potatoes.
