Beef Stick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Tender Quick or sugar cure
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
pinch of salt
2 lb. good ground beef
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Make into rolls and wrap in plastic wrap.
Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Remove plastic wrap; place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
