Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. broccoli
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli
    and drain.
    Chop.
    Add other ingredients and mix with broccoli.\tIn
    casserole dish, bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Put buttered
    bread, cracker crumbs or grated cheese on top.
