Pasta Salad Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 (8 oz.) pkg. Skinner trio Italiano noodles
    2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli florets
    3/4 c. frozen peas, thawed or 3/4 c. cooked carrots, sliced
    1 c. (8 oz.) Weight Watchers fat-free Caesar dressing or another fat-free Italian dressing
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. Alpine Lace nonfat Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
    In
    a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas or carrots (or both), fat-free dressing and basil. Add cheese and noodles. Toss lightly and chill.
    Yields 10 side dish servings.
