Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Mix hamburger, rice, Worcestershire and monosodium glutamate. Lightly form into small balls.
Pour tomato sauce mixed with tomato juice over meatballs.
Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
Yield: 4 servings.
