Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cream margarine, add sugar, gradually creaming until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add
to above mixture. Chill overnight. Roll dough and cut. (Add flour as needed). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
