Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    4 cans tomatoes and green chilies
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Saute onions in bacon grease.
    Add tomatoes and green chilies. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add Velveeta and Cheddar cheeses.
    Add garlic salt, if desired.
    Will keep in refrigerator.
