Low-Fat Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless breast halves
1/4 c. aromatic dry spice blend
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Heat the broiler.
(If you don't have a broiler, cook in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until no longer pink.)
Rub chicken all over with dry spice blend and arrange on rack in broiler pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt on top of each breast.
Broil about 4-inches from heat until yogurt starts to brown, 7 to 8 minutes. Turn; spread with remaining yogurt and cook until yogurt begins to brown, chicken is tender and the inside is no longer pink, 7 to 8 minutes longer.
