Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cheese
    2 lb. squash, cooked
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped (tops too)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 stick margarine
    Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed and buttered
Preparation
    Line buttered casserole with crushed and buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Pour squash mixture on top of crumbs.
    Top with additional crushed cracker crumbs, buttered.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Top with grated cheese if desired.
