Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    acorn squash
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Cut squash in half across the ribs.
    Take out seeds and fiber. Dust with salt and pepper; put a generous chunk of butter in each half.
    Barely cover the bottom of a baking pan with water.
    Cover and bake squash on rack in pan for about 1 hour at 400\u00b0 until squash is soft.
    One squash will make 2 servings.
