Hollandaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. mandarin juice
1 tsp. mandarin peel, chopped
pinch of white pepper
Preparation

In a blender, combine egg yolks, mandarin peel, mandarin juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
While blender is running, slowly pour in hot butter.
Serve at once.
