Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Long Grain Rice
1/2 c. Vermicelli
1/8 c. Butter
2 c. Chicken Broth or Boullion
Salt to taste
Preparation

Melt the butter in a shallow pan.
Break up vermicelli into pieces and fry in the butter until slightly browned, stirring constantly.
Wash and drain the rice well, then add it to the vermicelli and saute them together for a few minutes, always stirring.
