Lemon Catfish And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish fillets
    2/4 c. diced celery
    2 slices onions
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 lemons, thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    4 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Place fish and chicken on foil.
    Melt margarine and add juice, salt, garlic, pepper, celery, onions and parsley.
    Pour half of mixture over chicken and fillets.
    Top with lemon juice.
    Put foil on top of pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or a little longer, if desired.
    Garnish with fresh parsley when ready to serve.
