Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck pears (8 qt.)
    5 green bell peppers
    5 red bell peppers
    3 hot peppers
    5 large onions
    5 c. cider vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind pears, using coarse blade.
    Drain until excess juice is removed.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
    Pack into hot pint standard canning jars.
    Adjust lids; process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
