Shortcut Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans peach halves
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    4 cinnamon sticks
    2 teas. whole cloves
Preparation
    Drain peaches and reserve syrup. In medium
    combine remaining ingredients.
    Add syrup and bring to boil.
    Simmer on low 10 minutes.
    Pour hot syrup over peaches.
    Cool and chill 4 hours before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
