Kugelis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large peeled potatoes
    1 medium onion
    5 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/4 c. hot milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Grate onion and potatoes.
    Fry bacon and pour fat over potato-onion mixture.
    Add hot milk.
    Add beaten eggs one at a time and salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake 15 minutes in oven at 400\u00b0; then reduce oven to 375\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more.
