Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (6 medium) potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 clove garlic (1 tsp. minced)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and heated
    3/4 c. whole milk
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (any flavor)
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, garlic and onion until done and then drain. Mix Cheez Whiz, salt, red pepper, garlic powder, broccoli, milk and Ritz crackers. Place potatoes in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Pour broccoli mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
