Emerald Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lime jello
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 c. grated cucumber with peel
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix jello and hot water well, then add remaining ingredients. Let congeal.
    Makes 11 small or 1 large mold.
