Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    3 large onions
    celery
    bell pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. boiled water
    3 cans light red kidney beans
Preparation
    Mix chili powder and flour together.
    Brown meat, then add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until soft.
    Add tomato paste; stir in well and cook a few minutes.
    Stir in seasoning, then the water.
    Cook 2 hours or more.
    Add beans about 1/2 hour before done.
