Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) light sour cream
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    1 envelope Italian fat-free dressing mix
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate.
    A 1/2 cup serving equals 1/2 meat exchange.
