Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Idaho potatoes cooked
    1 green pepper diced
    parsley
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese diced
    1 slice fresh bread chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 large onion diced
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 c. butter or margarine melted
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Moisten bread with milk.
    Then mix all the ingredients together and place in 9 by 13 inch casserole pan.
    Crumble corn flakes for topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Great with ham or pork roast!
