Salmon Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
    2 c. canned salmon
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. or more milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo (or butter) and blend in flour and spices.
    Add salmon liquid and milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
    Stir in spaghetti, mushrooms and salmon.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
