Sausage-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sausage
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
2 pkg. oyster crackers
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
Preparation

Spread crackers in deep pan. Mix dry ingredients in melted butter. Pour over crackers and stir. Bake at 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Let cool in oven.
