Poke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 1/2 oz. pkg. white cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    whipped topping
    fruit
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Pierce with fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; pour over cake.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Garnish with whipped topping and fruit.
    Makes 12 servings.
