Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. carrots (optional)
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    frozen hash brown cubes
    Velveeta cheese
    1 can evaporated milk
    flour and milk to thicken
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine broth, water, carrots, and broccoli in large pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
    Add 1/2 bag hash brown cubes.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
    Lower heat and add 8 to 12 oz. of grated Velveeta cheese.
    Add 1 can evaporated milk and a little flour to thicken.
